How to fix this problem:
You need to reset the memory from your PS3. You can find some interesting videos on YouTube if you don’t know how to get in the RECOVERY MENU. You need to select the 2nd from below in the menu you’ll find. (thought it was #5). Be sure that you SAVE your save games on a USB stick or on a SD CARD. After that you need to recover your PSN and then you can still download everything you have ever downloaded from the PSN.

This is what happened when i tried to play Modern Warfare 2.
The PS3 isn’t able to detect the disc and nothing is showing up under ‘game’. It is with every game, first i thought it was because of a not cleaned disc, but.. they are all not working.
However, i CAN play all my downloaded games, so i just thing there is something wrong with the cd reader or something.
I hope someone has a solution for this problem, don’t want to buy a new one . Got this one for 3 years and 2 months already!
